Navigation Choices

As indicated by the Start here and the Or start here animated icons, you can begin a troubleshooting session by doing one of two things: 1) jump to the FAQs by choosing the menus on the left, or 2) choose a spa model and year from the choices in the drop-down menus at the top.

 

Once the spa model and year is selected, new menus appear at the left. These menus allow you to diagnose your problem based on its symptoms. Then select your symptom to continue.

FAQs

FAQs (frequently asked questions) are answers to topics that are not unique to any single spa configuration. FAQs provide answers to normal installation, operation, maintenance, and similar topics. A submenu also appears when a complicated topic is reached that requires several steps.
