The easy-to-use AquaClara tablets and disc placed just above the filter supplies a required chemical balance of copper and zinc ions to your spa's water thereby removing other harmful elements such as lead and inorganics while promoting a bacteriostatic environment in the filter
Placing 2-3 AquaClara tablets each week under the AquaClara disc each week in combination with the operation of your normal filtration cycle keeps your water chemically balanced while looking clear and feeling soft. Just circulate the water for at least 4 continuous hours (or two 2-hour periods plus 30 minutes after each use) each day. Normally, no additional testing or chemical use is required.
When using the AquaClara water management system the filtration cycle should be set to "02".
It is normal for the AquaClara disc to darken in color during its usable life and the normal pH range using this disc is 7.6 to 8.2.
Note: If you are switching to the AquaClara Water Management System from another water management product, you must first drain and refill your spa before adding the product.
